8 weeks!!

That is all that is left of this school year!! We are all counting down the days. It has been a good year for the girls. They have done well in school and haven't complained too much about going. If they both stay on track, they should both have a 4.0 for the year. Kayti is a little hesitant about going into geometry next year. I guess that is my fault. I told her what a horrible time I had in that class. I do think some of it was the teacher I had, but geometry just wasn't my thing. Sean did well in it, so she should have no problem at all, especially if she gets the teacher she wants. Keeli sooo adored her teacher this year. I think I will probably see some tears from her on the last day of school. I wish her teacher would suddenly decide to teach 5th grade next year and take Keeli with her!

Keeli starts soccer tomorrow. She has been really itching to get back on the field. I predict another great season for her team! After taking this year off from dance, Kayti has decided she is going to try out for the comp team again. Tryouts are the beginning of June and she has really missed doing dance this year. Fingers crossed she scores a spot on her preferred team!

Then, in August we are taking a vacation to California. The last time we went to CA, the girls were very small and don't remember too much about it. It will be a fun time and we are looking forward to it immensly! By the time we get back, it will be time for another school year. Wow, that summer went fast and it isn't even here yet. ;)

Nice to hear an uppdate on how your family is doing! Sounds like you'll have a fun summer. It comes and goes so fast! Can't believe my baby is gonna be in 1st grade next year and preschool for Aria.:)

Oh You!!! You just made the summer even shorter!! I won't tell Neil how fast it really goes by, poor kid would be devastated!!! He's with you guys on counting down the days. So am I for that matter. No more arguments about why he can't stay home and explaining that "No" I can't homeschool him!!
